An HTML form used to insert Feedback type comments on the Whole list.
Some what like the comments listed on the individual ASE Detail Pages.
But these comments would be listed on the home page.

BTW I already have scripts in my library that well effectively sanatize any
comment of content that is unfet for consumption By
humans or WebPage Servers. ;)
